GOT QUESTIONS?

We all need a little assistance from time to time, so we’ve put together a list of the questions we get asked the most. Just make your way to the appropriate tab and well have you up to speed with all things Mega Buds in no time. If you do have a unique question or need a little more help, then don’t hesitate to email us or send us a message via our social media channels.

If you have set up an account with us it’s easy, just login, click on “Account” on any page and edit your address details. If you do not have an account with us and you have already placed an order please email us immediately and we will do our best to change the details before your seeds are shipped.

You want your seeds fast! so all orders are dispatched within 24hrs of your order being successfully placed. This means that it if you want to change or cancel an order you need to let us know as soon as possible. Once items have been shipped, we cannot change them. If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped that is no problem, just email us and we will advise you how to return the items to us for a full refund. *Please Note – if packets have been opened we cannot accept returns*

It is not essential to create an account before you order, BUT we strongly recommend you do. Why? Because you will be able to keep track of your package, you can check on previous orders and best of all we regularly do “members only” giveaways!

Most items are sent not requiring a signature, but a small percentage of countries do need a signature if the items have a tracking code. If you specifically do not want to have to sign for the package, just let us know.

When you order direct from Mega Buds you will receive your order confirmation to the email address supplied at the time of ordering. This will have full details of where and how your order is being dispatched, and if you have selected to receive your package with tracking it will have your tracking code. If your order has not arrived within the maximum time limit for your region, please email us through the contact section and we will help.
